Ashley Liew - Finally does sub-35min, after doing several sub-35min on the road from last year.

After doing several time trials on the road from last year, Ashley Liew has finally crossed the sub 35min barrier for the track in Gombak Stadium on 20 Aug 2011. Donald Ng, one of Ashley's mentor/coach, along with me, was there to help Ashley to attain the result by taking down the break down per lap. Donald discussed with me on the phone on Ashley's progress and we are happy with the result. Here are the results (below the photo). An improvement by nearly 1min. He will be given an interview. It will be out soon. So watch out for it!
