Rohit Nerang - Does 25min 45sec finally through Flexifitness training programme.

Rohit has a passion for yoga and mountain climbing. He is now training for mountain climbing in September.

His flexibility is very good as he has stayed healthy and fit through Yoga exercises. Although he is a veteran runner now, he has a youthful body and he usually does not get injured. He also believes in exercise for health.

Last year, however much effort he put in, his 5km time only was able to go down by a few seconds.

This year, while doing 3 to 4 hours mountain climbing training per week; once a week walking; plus following our training programme as well, Rohit was able to do a 3min 45sec for 1km. Recently, he did a 3min 37sec. In the past, he was doing a 4min 10sec. Coach Rameshon predicts that he should be able to do a time of 23min plus or a sub-24min for 5km.

Rohit told us that running helps his mountain climbing a lot.

We are happy that his long wait to do a sub- 26min, which is 25min 30sec for 5km has taken place recently. He is confident of bringing his time down further after his mountain climb in late September.
