Louis Stauffer, 14, has been training with us for four years doing our running, sports and games programme. Lately, he has been improving in his 2.4km  and 5km timing. Just like his father, Christian Stauffer, Louis is very interested in triathlon. In our programme, he has been a very disciplined athlete, always very willing and keen to learn new things. He is a very nice and humble boy; if he does well, he does not brag or boast about his achievements.

Recently, he has taken part in the Tri-Factor race and has done well.

I decided to have an interview done on him.
