Kenny Lee - It is not only about performance but also compassion as well.

Kenny seemed encouraged when he was told that a vegan diet will allow one to have a peaceful mind and this will allow one to come to a state of the present moment, a state of no past and future in our mind, to be free from anxiety. If our mind goes to the past, it dreads and if it goes to the future, one becomes anxious.

Kenny, recently did his 5km in 19min 40sec earlier on, about a month ago. He did this with no proper pacing, as he did not have experience in this. He was plain happy as he did not have any form of personal best time. The following week, he ran the similar 19min 41sec.

Something went wrong and he changed the way of running. He did 18min 55sec for 5km. Finally, he did 18min 38sec and has achieved a time that is his lifetime best.

Flexifitness hope that he will go further than this achievement and encourage many to do likewise in running.
