Jennifer Quek, 42, is the 'dragon lady' of FlexiFitness who has the ability to run her 5km speed all the way for the marathon. She has a lot of determination and because of this, Coach Rameshon believes that one day, she is going to do a 3hr 30min.

An Interview With Jennifer Quek

How did you join FlexiFitness?

I was introduced by Dr Benny Goh. I have been training on my own and trying to run a sub-4 marathon timing. After running for 3 marathons I am still not able to do it. Dr Benny Goh suggested I try for a more structured training program and recommended FlexiFitness. That's why I gave it a shot.

How long have you been in this running group?

I started with the group last year Jun and ran Berlin Marathon in Sep with 3:48. It was only 3 months of training and my last marathon was  4:18
I was really amazed by the program. Thank you to FlexiFitness and especially to Coach Rameshon !!!!

To date, I have been with the group for slightly more than one year.

What are your personal bests for 5, 10, Half Marathon and Marathon when you first joined FlexiFitness?
