Jennifer Quek - Gunning for 3hr 30min in the long run

Picture 1 - (Left to Right) Jennifer Quek, Coach Rameshon and Lim Thow Wee. at the Arc de Triomphe after the Paris Marathon

Jennifer Quek, 42, ran the Berlin marathon in 2013 and did a very good personal best time of 3hr 48min 23sec. Her personal best for 5km then was above 25min 40sec.  At times her 5km TT were 26min plus.
She kept training very hard for her 5km run so that she could run a good marathon and improve.
She recently did a 25min 25sec for 5km and it was a very good achievement for her. However, yesterday, she ran in a 'no holds barred' fashion and did a time of 24min and 20sec for the 5km time trial. She thanked Dr Benny Goh for pacing her to do this time, as Dr Benny was going easy in order not to aggravate any injury.
I have decided to do a write up on an interview to let the public to explore of this 'dragon lady' who has the ability to run the same speed of her 5km speed all the way for the marathon. Coach Rameshon has told me that she has a lot of determination and because of this attitude, he believes that one day, she is going to do a 3hr 30min, as her cadence is fantastic, natural and is unusually high, without much effort.
