Olive Run 2013 - All the best to those running.

Picture 1 - Photo was taken at last year's MOE Charity Olive Run 2012.

I remember doing a time of 19min 26sec for the 5km veteran men race in Olive Run, organised by Ministry of Education, last year.

I was surprised to reach the halfway mark in 9min 05sec. I wanted to reach the half-way mark at 9min 30sec to 10min. As a result, after making a u-turn at the 2.5km mark, I became very exhausted and started slowing down a lot, especially towards the last 1.5km.

Tomorrow, I will be running the race again and I am looking forward to it. I am hoping for a sub - 19min time. If I can do this time, I will be very happy as this shows that I am preparing well for the Singapore Standard Chartered Marathon race on 1st December 2013, Sunday.

I hope that many will do a personal best time for themselves, for those running tomorrow.

All the best!
