We have 5 athletes who will be running in the Berlin Marathon 2013 and one athlete running in the KL marathon.

The 5 who will be going Berlin Marathon are Ms Jennifer Quek, 41, for the Women Open section and Mr Kenneth Lai, Mr Desmond Soh, Mr Andrew Chang and Mr Leong Hong Yew.

Mr Leong Hong Yew, 41, and Mr Andrew Chang, 53, have a personal best time of 3min 23sec and 3min 22sec respectively for their 1km time trial.

Mr Kenneth Lai has been all the while improving his timing from the past 3 months until the last month. Coach Rameshon found that if he just relaxes and just doesn't stop during the drinking point, he will get a very fast time. "The mantra for him is to relax at the first four min into the run", so says Coach Rameshon.

Mr Desmond, a pilot by profession, in the last 1 month has dropped his time for his 15km tempo run from 1hr 10min to 1hr 09min to 1hr 08min very recently.

In the Army Half - Marathon, Mr Andrew Chang has done a time of 1hr 37min 52sec. Mr Leong Hong Yew has done a 1hr 38min 06sec for the Army Half marathon. Ms Jennifer Quek has done a 1hr 51min 31sec in the race as well.

In Kuala Lumpur Marathon, we have Mr Moses Ng, 47, running. He is hoping to run a time faster than 3hr 20min. Moses has done a personal best time of 1hr 26min 36sec in the Army Half - Marathon 2013.

Team Flexifitness wishes them all the best in their race on 29th of Sept. Our spirit will be with you!
