NO Pain NO Gain
THERE is no FAILURE except in no LONGER TRYING

An Interview with Coach Ramachandran's athlete Karthik A/L Jayaraman (from Melaka) coming up soon. Lookup for it.

Next Target - The 3000m Steeplechase Record
After obtaining a gold medal for the 5000m (14/06/10), the following day Karthik won the 10000m gold in a time of 32m 37sec. As he is preparing for the 3rd gold medal for the 3000m steeplechase, Karthik's coach, the legendary M. Ramachandran is aiming for a record. The Games record is 9min 27sec. Coach Ramachandran has targeted Karthik to aim for a 9min 25sec.

We did not want to interview Karthik now as we did hear that he is going to run at night at 9pm, today. It is good that we do not distract him at the moment where he will need immense focus. The mammoth task now is how to get the 3000m record, having run two races on 14 (5000m) and 15 (10000m) June. It is all in a week.

I have given Coach Ramachandran an interview, which will be of much interest to many. After today's race, I will be interviewing Karthik himself of the 3 races he took part in in the Malaysian Games (SUKMA) 2010.
