Sri Sir Yoga - Health is one of the eight forms of Wealth

I had been going down for the 5 days course Sri Sri Yoga Course conducted by yoga teacher by the name of Dipa. I realised that there were different postures being taught in this course.

My wife also did this course and tomorrow is the last day of the course. This course has asanas (postures) done with breathing. The asanas are good for the muscles, organs, joints etc. The joints become more flexible and our posture becomes more upright. The disadvantages of leading a modern life can be corrected if postures go incorrect. Muscles of the person who practises this will see strength in the muscles and at the same time observes muscles being toned. As we near 70 years of age, 40% of our muscles will disappear if we do not exercise. They can retard the muscles significantly. Once muscle gets lost, one will be crippled to do many things. Hence, the importance of yoga exercises are there.

As Sri Sri Yoga has breathing connected to the asanas, we should also take note that many toxins will be cleared from the body. As cancer is prevalent and the number one disease, it will be a good idea to do Sri Sri Yoga to prevent this. I have already known of two people who have lost their parents through cancer. We should take note that 80% of the toxins can be cleared by doing proper breathing exercises.

Moreover, we should take note that in life we only use 30% of lung capacity. This can be corrected. One will have tremendous energy if they practise Sri Sri Yoga. As tomorrow is the last day of the course, my wife and I could see the tremendous effects in terms of feeling good.

As it is good to do yoga 1 -2 hours per day, it is advisable to learn from a good teacher. I would strongly recommend this course to all to do so that they could also benefit immensely. Full benefits of Sri Sri Yoga are in the Blogspot http://rameshon-m.blogspot.com/2011/09/sri-sri-yoga-course-relieving-stress.html

If one is interested in the course, one can send in the name by responding through the ‘contact us’ of the website given here www.runningcoachsg.com as this will allow us to ensure that you can do the course in coming year-end course after December Standard Chartered Marathon 2011. Details will be given upon your response.
