Sri Sri Yoga and Prevention of Diseases

Sri Sri Yoga - In running, the energy goes out, in Sri Sri Yoga energy goes in. Balance is the key. 

I have already heard cases of people getting cancer. If cancer is to be in its first stage, I believe that something can be done to save the person. I have heard of people doing Sudarshan Kriya, founded by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar has cured women from breast cancer. Many have provided testimonies on how their diseases had been cured etc

Recently, we all know that Steve Jobs died of cancer. All the more one should know on how to combat diseases. I find that if 80% of the toxin can be cleared through our system by doing breathing deeply. It is about time that we attend to breathe.

In Singapore, it has been revealed by the Ministry of Health that cancer is the number one killer and heart disease is number two in the list of people dying in this country.

I believe that Sri Sri Yoga can do wonders to one's vitality and health. Today, was the last day of the 5 days of course which was given 3 hours per day. If an athlete does this course, he or she will find that their knee pain will vanish if there is sensation coming.

If one does Sri Sri Yoga course, he or she does not have to worry about energy and enthusiasm. I felt recharged and filled with joy and felt very relaxed. When we go for holidays, we feel tired when we come back from it. This is not so for Sri Sri Yoga. We feel very good and will feel ready to take the challenges of the world. 

The key things in Sri Sri Yoga is that it is combined with Hatha yoga combined with breathing technique and simply meditation. 

My wife who was complaining to me that I have pushed her in the course told me on the third day that she felt good about the course after some time as she found that she was feeling very good from the course. 

As such, my friends, if you are interested, please contact Dipa for December course which will fall immediately after the Standard Chartered Marathon 2011, Singapore. Please do not wait for things to happen and then we say that something could have been done earlier.

The next course is from 6th Dec to 10 Dec, Tues to Fri (7pm to 9pm) and Sat ( 8 30am to 11 30am). One will definitely improve in running performance through doing this yoga.

Rameshon has taught in Hwa Chong Institution, plus several schools, and Republic Polytechnic as well. He has won many accolades and he was awarded Merit Award for 1991 marathon performance in breaking the national record of Singapore, at that time. He has made 22 male athletes do a marathon in sub-3hrs. He has made 7 female runners do sub-4 hours for the marathon, as well. He was inducted to the ‘Roll of Honour’  by the then College of Physical Education, organised by Singapore Olympic Academy, in 1998, for breaking the National record repeatedly 4 times, till he did 2hr 24min 22sec).

He also has a Coaching group and he trains them on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7pm at Botanic Gardens. Those interested can call him at 91004369 for coaching assistance, to improve performance.
