New Balance Real Run

Tomorrow the race will be for 21km at 6 30am and the 10km will be at 7am. It will be held at the Changi Exhibition Centre, Changi Aviation Road. One word of advice is to go to the race early at least 1hr 30min before the race so that you have enough time to warm up. If you go there late, there may be a jam on the road and you may not warm up well and this will definitely affect your race. The terrain involves a sandy trail. Keep your energy to last at towards the final portion of the race. Today it rained, hence the terrain will be more wet and muddy than before the rain. One should be mentally be prepared for this.

The race prizes are for men open and women open for 21km. There are various categories for 10km race, junior, men and women open and veteran category.

Flexifitness would like to wish those taking part in this race all the best for the race.
