Team V - With Flexifitness Athletes as well.

A couple of runners from Team V with runners like Kenny Lee,  Boon Kiat, Jayme, Lee Nguan and Chin Peng are hoping to do a marathon, possibly at the end of the year.

The rest of the runners who turned up last Sunday were just interested in doing 5km to 10km races. Some even actually would like to take up running for joy and for health rather than for competition.

One can contact Team V, by contacting Kenny Lee. The contact is found in my earlier blog post a week ago.

Basically, Team V has 3 groups of 5 to 6km group.  Another group will do 8km, while the good ones will run about 10 to 16km. Team Leader Kenny is hoping to do 20km on every Sundays soon and would like to run in groups. He is hoping to do a near or better than 3hrs in the near future.

All vegans and vegetarians are welcomed to join.
