Team Flexifitness Athlete Jensen Toh - Ran a race of his life

Flexifitness was glad to hear on another good news, after knowing that Ashley Liew has made it to SEA Games 2013, to be held in Myanmar. Coach Rameshon was trying his best to contact Jensen Toh, 30, yesterday but it was in vain. Today, it was found that Jensen did a time of 4hr 59min for the half-ironman race. I decided to interview this great achievement done by this gentleman who has been found to be very dedicated and disciplined in training. In the past, his personal best time was 5hr 37mins.

I will be doing a short interview soon after having called him. We wish that Jensen will improve in running and ironman in the future. Well done, Jensen!
