Kenyan David Rudisha has broken the long-standing 800m world record in Berlin and he has gone and done it again this time in Rieti, Italy. It is the second time in a week, Rudisha set a new time of 1min 41.01sec. Previously, last Sunday in Berlin, Rudisha had broken Wilson Kipketer's 13-year-old record by two-hundredths of a second, with a time of 1:41.09. He had forecasted to reporters in Berlin that he could go faster and he kept true to his word, shaving 8 hundredths of a second off his week-old record.
