Chen Ming Ming - 3rd in Sundown Ultramarathon 2013 held on 14th Sept 2013
Today, I got a message at about 9am, and it was from Ming Ming. She messaged me that she came in 3rd in the Sundown Ultramarathon 2013. As a coach, I felt on top of the world on hearing this and even better is when an athlete SMSes me on the result as immediate as possible. I will always feel appreciative of this. Immediately, Ranjith W, Jimmy Tan, Jasmine and I congratulated her through my handphone, after the training we had near East Coast, when we were sitting down at a drink stall.
The time she did was 12hrs 25min. It was an unofficial result. Team Flexifitness would like to congratulate all the winners, especially our own athlete Chen Ming Ming who did an awesome job by coming in 3rd in Women Open category, and also making us proud.

Also, not forgetting, our own Ashley Liew's cousin Hoong Wei Wong, who came in 1st in the Ultramarathon. I have seen him running in Civil Service run recently. It is a great surprise in him coming in as the champion of the race in Men Open Category. Well done, Hoong Wei Wong! He must have worked very hard in this.
